Todos nuestros art\u00edculos salen en perfectas condiciones, pero si se ha producido alguna incidencia en el transporte, por favor, m\u00e1ndanos una fotograf\u00eda a info@sunrecords.es para darte una soluci\u00f3n lo antes posible. SUN RECORDS<\/strong> correr\u00e1 con los gastos del nuevo env\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUN <\/strong>RECORDS<\/strong> solo puede abonarte los gastos de env\u00edo que genere el cambio si esta se debe a un error nuestro al servir el pedido. Te indicaremos la forma de proceder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Anulaci\u00f3n de pedido:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si la anulaci\u00f3n del pedido llega antes de la salida de mercanc\u00eda el cliente no tendr\u00e1 ning\u00fan gasto. En el caso de una anulaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de la salida del pedido, el cliente tendr\u00e1 a su cargo los gastos de env\u00edo as\u00ed como los gastos de devoluci\u00f3n de este mismo pedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Devoluci\u00f3n de mercanc\u00eda:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuestra pol\u00edtica, cumpliendo con la normativa vigente, es concederle el derecho de devolver cualquier art\u00edculo comprado en SUN <\/strong>RECORDS<\/strong> en el plazo de\u00a014 d\u00edas\u00a0naturales<\/strong> desde la fecha de recepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No tendr\u00e1 que aportar ninguna explicaci\u00f3n, cualquier art\u00edculo, comprado en SUN <\/strong>RECORDS<\/strong> devuelto en su embalaje original, precintado y en perfectas condiciones ser\u00e1 aceptado sin m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En un plazo m\u00e1ximo de\u00a014 d\u00edas\u00a0naturales<\/strong> de la recepci\u00f3n de la devoluci\u00f3n, SUN <\/strong>RECORDS<\/strong> se compromete a su reembolso siempre que est\u00e9 en perfectas condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antes de realizar la devoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>, tendr\u00e1 que\u00a0comunicarlo <\/strong>al correo info@sunrecords.es<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si el motivo de la devoluci\u00f3n es que el pedido no le satisface, le reembolsaremos el importe pero no los gastos de env\u00edo ni los gastos de devoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
